Photography :-

Deposit - A non refundable deposit/initial payment is charged upon booking.

Payments - The balance of fees due are to be paid before the date of the wedding. Payment for additional photographs to be made when these are ordered.

Payment of Balance – Should we not receive your balance by the due date your wedding may be deemed to be cancelled. A wedding not cancelled in writing by this date will be liable for the full balance of payment

Display - I hereby allow the photographer to display any photograph included in this contract in their studio or portfolio.

Photograph/Video - All photograph sizes are normal. The photographers will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching. Owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination certain dyes and materials, especially man made fibres, is sometimes impossible to record on film / print the exact colour of materials as seen by the human eye.

Retouching - Retouching and artist finishing is available at an optional extra.

Re-orders - All re-orders shall be treated as an extension to this contract. No responsibility for error will be accepted unless orders are given in writing. Payment should accompany orders. Postage in due with each order

Preview– Your Order for Album Photographs for the photography services which include a preview should reach us within three months of your wedding. A charge of £50 will be applied for late orders

Copyrights - The 1988 Copyright Act assigns the copyright to the photographer. It is contrary to the act to copy or to allow being copied any photographs covered by the contract.

Licence - The photographer shall be granted artistic licence in relation to the poses photographed and the location used. The photographers’ judgements regarding the locations, poses and number of photographs shall be deemed correct.

Main Photographers - whilst we welcome your guests having the chance to capture some photographs By booking our photography services you agree we are the main photographers and our photography shall take priority over any other photographers, amateur or professional. We reserve the right to complete our photograph session without interruption until our job is complete. Any interruption or delay caused by other photographers may result with you not receiving the full set of photographic shots intended, we will not accept any liability for this.

Prices - All services and / or good are supplied at the prices ruling at the time of supply.

Force majeure - The due performance of this contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by the photographers owing to any cause beyond their control. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation of this contract by the photographers liability shall be limited to a full refund of money paid.

Cancellation - In the event that the client cancels this contract at any time by giving written notice, the booking fee (initial payment) of £50-£100 (as required upon booking) shall be forfeited. In addition, if notice of cancellation be received by the photographers less than 8 weeks prior to the appointment the clients would pay the photographers a sum equal to half the contract fee. Cancellation within one month of your wedding will result in full payment being required.

Postponement - If postponing your wedding with more than one months notice we shall transfer your payment to your new date (subject to our availability) we do however require full payment of your package to secure this. A  date may only be changed once thereafter all money will be forfeited. If postponing your wedding with less than one months notice will (at our discretion) be classed as a cancellation.

Video/DVD Cancellation - In the event that the client cancels the Video/DVD contract at any time by giving written notice, the booking fee of £75-£100 (as required upon booking) shall be forfeited. In addition, if notice of cancellation be received by the photographers less than 8 weeks prior to the appointment the clients would pay the photographers a sum equal to half the contract fee. Cancellation within one month of your wedding will result in full payment being required. This is in addition to the photography payments required

Wedding Delayed - We allocate a specific time for your wedding depending upon the package you choose. Should your wedding not start in time or be delayed we reserve the right to cut or cancel the photo session short should we have another commission.

Album Style - Should we no longer be able to source our albums as displayed we reserve the right to replace them with an alternative album of equal or better quality.

Complaints - In the unlikely event of an unresolved complaint the client may request the Master Photographers Association to conciliate.

Complaints - In the unlikely event you have a complaint against one of our outside services this will be steered directly to the individual company for resolve. We carefully select third party suppliers who have shown a proven history of delivering a very high standard. Our liability extends to a  refund of the amount paid for the specific service.

Travelling - We reserve the right to add a travelling charge to attend full photography sessions outwith a 25 mile radius. Attending an additional venue, outside Gretna for individual photographs (e.g.. cake) will incur a charge.

Delivery - Photographs should be ready for collection 14-21 days after the wedding. Postage is included in the UK .  Europe and rest of world will incur a postage fee of £25. They shall be posted 14-21 days after the ceremony.
